Friendswood Ranch is an expertly managed, high-fenced trophy whitetail estate, where our guest's passion for hunting meets unparalleled all-inclusive adventure. As a participant in the Texas Parks and Wildlife Managed Land Deer Permit (MLDP) Program, Friendswood Ranch offers guided trophy Whitetail Deer hunting from October through February. With herds exceeding 300+ deer, hunters often enjoy the remarkable sight of 50 to 75 Whitetail Deer during each outing from our stands.
The estate is located in the heavily wooded Northeast Texas town of Bogata. Nestled just 2 hours Northeast of Dallas, 2 hours East of Gainsville, and 1 hour West of Texarkana, we pride ourselves on being one of the best hunting destinations in Northeast Texas, renowned for our enormous trophy whitetail deer. Our estate offers an all-inclusive experience, allowing you to focus on relaxing and enjoying time alone, or with friends and family.

At our estate, we prioritize your comfort and enjoyment, offering modern accommodations and amenities designed to enhance your stay. The estate offers all-inclusive lodging in 3 cabins, each containing 2 beds and 1 bathroom/shower. Cabins have couches, TVs, and full-size refrigerators for guests as well, fully stocked with snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for guests to enjoy. Breakfast and dinner are served daily as well. We believe that every visit should be memorable, from the moment you arrive to the time you leave.
